I graduated college in 1974 with a degree in Computer Science. I enjoyed a lengthy computer-related career encompassing everything from programming to analyzing nuclear power facilities hardware and software needs. I did this without much pause from 1974 to around 2001. At that point, I decided to try my hand at real estate. I never believed that real estate was a pure sales position. I believed and proved that it was primarily a service.
