I graduated college in 1974 with a degree in Computer Science. I enjoyed a lengthy computer-related career encompassing everything from programming to analyzing nuclear power facilities hardware and software needs. I did this without much pause from 1974 to around 2001. At that point, I decided to try my hand at real estate. I never believed that real estate was a pure sales position. I believed and proved that it was primarily a service. So, from 2001 through the present, I serviced hundreds of customers, which included first-time buyers, experienced buyers, sellers, investors, and managed properties. At the current time I still work regular sales and listings, but I am also the full time Property Manager.
